RESERVATION TERMS

• Must be 21 years of age to check-in to hotel
• Valid picture ID required at check-in
• Credit card holder must be present at time of check-in.
• Refundable $250.00 security deposit is required on credit card or in cash at check-in.
• MAXIMUM of 4 people allowed in suite.
• Smoking is NOT allowed inside of the suites.
• No pets except for service animals.
• Late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
• Food, coolers, alcohol, glass bottles and private speakers are not allowed in pool area.
• Special requests made on website cannot be guaranteed and charges may apply for any upgrades or changes to original reservation.
• Hotel does NOT have valet parking, but there is public parking on the street and in a public parking lot 1 block away from the hotel entrance. Public parking is free from 6 pm to 8 am every day of the week and can be paid by cell phone app at other times.
• FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED VERY SHORTLY AFTER MAKING THIS RESERVATION AND NOT AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED, NO CHANGE OF DATES AND NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER A NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION IS MADE. IF YOU WANT THE FLEXIBILITY TO CANCEL, THEN BOOK A FREE CANCEL RESERVATION FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE.
